When reselling electronic products from partners that are well-known global manufacturers, we understand that providing full warranty services to our customers is crucial.
All global brands we sell offer a full manufacturer’s warranty on their products. Our customers can always request warranty service directly through the manufacturer or through authorized service centers. All you will need to validate your warranty is to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice for your purchase on our website).
When requested, our customer support also includes free assistance to help you contact the manufacturer, provide the necessary documentation, or we can even initiate the claim on your behalf.
Absolutely all our products are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from authorized distributors, so you can always be sure that the manufacturer’s warranty is honoured. All our products come with full warranty for a minimum of 2 years and up to 10 years (depending on the niche and product).
Returning your product for service or replacement
You may visit any local Service Center of the manufacturer to have your machine serviced or replaced. If you are unable to visit a Service Center of the manufacturer, you may ship your machine to one of our delivery hubs and we will take care of service or replacement. Prior to shipping a machine, you must contact our Customer Service to obtain an original shipping label and confirm your proof of purchase. If your machine is lost or damaged beyond repair while in our possession, we will replace the machine at no cost to you. The replacement machine will adopt a new full warranty.
If you do not contact our Customer Service prior to shipping for the standard validation procedure, we reserve the right to deny service and we are not responsible for returning, repairing or replacing your machine. We work with a predefined list of top world-wide carriers that have a global reach (DHL, UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail). Using one of our partner delivery companies will include the full insurance of your machine and exclude any risk that can occur you choose your own carrier (such as machine lost, stolen or damaged in transit).
Dyson™ reserves the right to deny service or replacement to any machine lacking proof of purchase and / or our original shipping label.
Repair Service
DYSON™ will repair or replace your machine in accordance with the original service and warranty terms and conditions of the manufacturer. DYSON™ will perform repairs under the terms of such warranty, provided you have presented satisfactory proof of the machine’s eligibility for repairs. The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase. You will be responsible for any additional charges applicable under or beyond your machine’s warranty.
Shipped Repairs. You will receive an estimated repair turnaround time when booking your repair service with DYSON™ Customer Service. Shipped repairs will be returned to you within 14-21 working days. If your repair requires additional time, DYSON™ will submit a status request to the appropriate team handling your repair and within 72 hours of status request submittal, reach out to you directly with a status and supply information on any further action that may be necessary.
On-site Dropoff. If you bring your machine into a local Service Center of the manufacturer, you will receive a quoted turnaround time prior to service beginning. If possible, most local Service Centers usually aim to complete all walk in service while the customer waits onsite. However, where parts not on site are needed or additional service time is required, an additional 5-14 business days may be required for completion of services.
Repair Parts and Warranty
Genuine DYSON™ parts ensure your machine continues to work as intended, and that your warranty remains intact. Each part or tool has a 1-year warranty. If the part or tool fails within 1-year of repair service, it will be replaced at no cost to you. The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty falls under the original warranty and will not extend the period of the warranty; however, your warranty will be extended for any time your machine is being repaired or retained for work being performed under the warranty. If your machine is out of warranty, no additional warranty is added to the machine after a repair is completed. The part or tool added to your out of warranty machine will still carry a 1-year warranty and be replaced without charge should it fail within 1 year of service.
While our company always strives to complete all repairs services within a timely manner and we legally bound to complete our obligations, we are not liable for any delay in the event your machine cannot be repaired and returned to you within the above stated timelines.
Payment and Costs of Service
If your machine is out of warranty or under warranty but requires repairs that are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you will be provided with an estimate of the cost of the repairs after an inspection by an authorized Service Center employee has been completed.
In such cases, you must confirm acceptance of the estimated cost of repairs before service begins. If you choose to reject the estimated costs, our company will ship your machine back with no repairs completed and at no cost to you if your machine is under warranty.
You will be responsible for shipping return costs if the machine is out of warranty should you choose to have repairs completed or not. If confirmed to proceed, the Service Center will complete the repairs as needed and with due care.
Abandon Product
If you have not claimed your machine and paid all charges due within ninety (90) days after being notified by our company that your machine is available to be returned to you, we reserve the right to consider your machine abandoned. We will provide such notice to you via all your contact details furnished when you authorized repairs. We reserve the right to dispose of your machine in accordance with applicable provisions of law, and specifically may sell your machine without liability to you. We reserve its statutory and any other lawful liens for unpaid charges.
Returns of counterfeit machines
Following receipt of your machine, if we inspect it and determine that it is it not the genuine product delivered by our company with the same serial number as registered in our internal client sheets (i.e. a counterfeit, or a similar product bought from another company), you acknowledge and accept that our company is not obligated to service the machine and may (in its sole discretion) elect to:
1. arrange for the machine to be returned to you; or
2. permanently retain or destroy the machine, in exchange for providing you with a letter confirming that the product is a counterfeit (or bought from another company), which you may present to the other seller of the product or your credit card company for the purposes of seeking reimbursement of the sum you paid for the counterfeit product.
You recognize that counterfeit machines are likely to be unsafe for use and that our company has legitimate reason to exercise its right to retain/destroy any counterfeit product, in order to prevent personal injury or damage to property, prevent resale of counterfeit products and protect the brand and reputation of our manufacturers.
Limitation of Liability
OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURES OR DELAYS IN PERFORMING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT THAT ARE DUE TO EVENTS OUTSIDE OF ITS REASONABLE CONTROL. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER, YOU MAY HAVE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL CONSUMER AUTHORITY FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS.
Delivery timescales and charges
For orders placed before 9pm seven days a week, we’ll promptly dispatch your order if your products are available in stock. In this case, the direct delivery will start next business day, through one of our strategically positioned delivery hubs and with the support of our global delivery partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail). Please find below the approximate delivery terms for different important geographical locations:
United Kingdom (Domestic) – Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
Europe (EU Countries) – Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
Eastern Europe and Non-EU Countries – Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
United States and Canada – Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days
Australia and New Zealand – Standard Delivery: 10-20 business days
Asia – Standard Delivery: 10-20 business days
Middle East – Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
Africa – Standard Delivery: 10-20 business days
South America – Standard Delivery: 10-20 business days
Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas – Standard Delivery: 15-30 business days
These are general estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the specific courier used, customs processing times (especially for international deliveries) and any unforeseen logistical challenges. Standard delivery is free on any order of £150 or more. Expedited delivery is available upon request. This usually reduces these times significantly, but is not free and is added as an additional fee on top of your order value.
We guarantee the delivery terms listed above for all orders that include products outside of any discount campaign.
Additional delivery information and particular circumstances***
When we accept your order, we always struggle to deliver your product(s) within the outlined timescales. Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales. There are specific circumstances when we cannot guarantee these exact timescales and short delays might occur, as transparently described below:
High Demand During Hard Discount Campaigns
During our amazing discount campaigns, the demand for some of our products skyrockets. If the desired products are only in stock at our partners at the time of your order, delivery may start with a short delay necessary for us to restock. As a result, our warehouses and shipping partners experience a higher-than-usual volume of orders, which can sometimes cause small delays in processing and shipping your order.

We are fully responsible for any other circumstances and you have the right to request a full refund at any time during any delay in the delivery process. In this kind of situation, we will immediately approve your full refund without any further dispute.
Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won’t incur any additional delivery charges. If you’ve ordered an item that won’t be available for more than 10 business days, it will be dispatched by your chosen method once available or we can promptly approve your full refund. We’ll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box). If this impacts your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Sometimes, items may be delivered outside the published timed windows. If no-one is in when the courier calls, they’ll leave a calling card with instructions on what to do next. You’ll be responsible for paying any costs incurred for re-delivery.
